The Tanzanian Government Agrees to Free Somali Citizens, says Professor Talha

Nairobi, (insidesomalia.org) - Professor Mohamed Omar Talaha the deputy speaker of the Somali transitional government said that the Tanzanian authority has accepted to set free all the Somali citizens in it is jails.

 

The deputy speaker of the Somali parliament professor Talha was speaking to somaliweyn radio while he was in the Kenyan capital Nairobi.

 

We have spoken to the international community regarding about the repatriation of these Somali citizens back to their homeland said the deputy speaker in somaliweyn office in Nairobi.

 

“I personally met with the Somali ambassador in the Tanzania capital Darussalam Ali Madobe, and he told me that he himself met the concerned officials about these detained Somalis, and he told me that he has finalized with the Tanzanian authority on how to free these Somalis, but they told him the don’t have the funds to evacuate these Somalis” said professor Talha the deputy speaker of the Somali parliament. 

 

The professor also appealed from the South African authority not to harm the weak Somalis and their belongings.

 

The professor’s request was immediately approved by the Libian government and has released all the Somalis in its jails.
